Lesnar out of UFC 108?

Would the UFC have an interim heavyweight because of his illness....doubtful.

I actually would like to see him earn it back again.

Every champion needs to defend the title. I would guess there are terms and conditions associated with it in their contract. In terms of how decisions are made to strip a title or contract terms are not (to my knowledge) publicly available information. Or maybe they do whatever they want. Exactly how that plays out for fighters' illnesses in general and Brock's mono in particular, I have no idea.

My guess is if this idea gets some traction among fans and gives UFC reason to believe it will boost their revenues, they will do it. I'd prefer to see Brock KTFO'd to lose his title personally.
