Started sparring, started panicking, getting punched in the face is not as fun as I thought it would be. I guess i'll still let you guys do it though.
Leglock defense is cool with me, and please seminar first so I can try and work stuff.

Fine topics concerning which Comrade Koepferov has a great deal to offer.
I'd also be really interested in checking out some movement/mobility drills used by sambo players, the ones that look like an Eastern Bloc flavor of Ginástica Natural.
