It's all about the clinch. The clinch, I said.

Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender,
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even to the dull and ignorant;
they too have their story.

You watch to much rey mysterio and wwe, thats pretty cool though lol
but yeah, 6 feet away...the velocity and speed of your strike went down as you kept going 6 feet, most succesfull jumping knees are from at least 2-3 feet away probably and that also depends on technique and physical shape to do the jump you can possibly do it better and father the better technique you have or shape you are in
btw, do you train in Muay Thai? or just Judo (looking at your styles) -

Since people are posting replies with bullshit physics I figured I would get in on this thread with this before somebody else did.
This is what this thread needs:
Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender,
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even to the dull and ignorant;

I would expect this, based on how the heavy bag reacts to my flying knees (compared to other strikes)

How the hell does a guy survive a flying knee strike?
