Yoga + Calisthenics, FTW!
Something I see on this forum with surprising frequency is the question "how do I get in shape?" The answer is always "you get in shape by eating well and training." Sometimes the reaction is an excuse why that won't work ("I'm not flexible enough for yoga," "I can't afford the gym," "my man-boobs are too sore") or a promise that "I'll start training after I get in shape." Well, that's all bullshit.
