After the last thread I posted , I realized everyone was basically right. After it was broken down to me the way it was I realized I had a lot to learn about fitness. I wasn't lying about what i did , but the people I have trained have all done it for cosmetic reasons and I had been wrong in some of the training methods possibly. My point is I started thinking about it and I don't wont to be the guy that gives people bad advice so I started looking into it. I ordered the study guides from the NSCA. My question is is there anything else I should study to help me. Just basically any feed back would be helpful. Like maybe should i look into other certifactions or is this one suffient enough? Just what ever feedback you guys have would be appreciated.
