Shins kill me while running....
I'm 5'6 ... 21 years old... just hit 195lbs *sigh*
Not sure if any of that matters but just trying to get an accurate answer.
I have a habit of running everyday for a few months then stopping for a while and packing on the wieght real quick. Only reason why I stop running is because I get this pain in my shins.
I spoke to my father about this because he plays soccer religiously so obviously he runs a lot and all he told me was "You're fat and you're legs can't take it"
Lol while this could be true just wondering if I should take it easy when I start running again and hopefully they go away or should I go to a doctor?
