How do I make Cottage cheese halfway appetizing?
I always hear about the benefits of eating some cottage cheese for gaining muscle mass since it's a good protein source. The question is, how the hell do I make that lump of curdled demon jizz appetizing? I heard someone once say somethng to the effect of cottage cheese + applesauce = delightful, but even if I'm not just making that up, could someone give me the correct proportions?
