Greens Plus - what is the deal with this stuff?
For those of you not familiar with the product: http://www.greensplus.com/ Greens Plus is a nutritional supplement that blends hippy nonsense words and science. I have known people who took it and reported remarkable effects, including greatly increased energy levels and feeling well-rested after 1-3 hours less sleep per night (and not showing any negative effects). However, those who took it in time reported that they no longer felt good, now slept just as much as previously, and when they stopped taking it, actually ended up worse than when they started (as measured by their subjective "how good I feel" index and by how long they slept each night). Does anyone know what the deal is? Is this a thing one ought to take if one can afford it? I can't find any relable studies or science regarding it, but surely someone out there knows more.
