After several weeks of backinjury im advised to do excersises with a so called fysioball.
Basically a big skippyball.
You can even practise your average bjj positions and transitions with it ive been told.
I'm probably going to try it, unless someone has an experience and wants to warn me for this.
I hope someone can give me some advice, if not, after sometime ill buy the friggin thing and start practsing with it and post my experiences here.
