I did this at a bodyweight around 195 at 5'9.
I don't really think squatting this weight is really going to take that much of a toll on my body. In the grand scheme of things, it's still medicore.
Regarding depth, that was about powerlifting legal. It's at least as low as you want to be going for a squat, otherwise it would be something else (quarter or half squat).
I can imagine that my right side might be different than my left. My wife has pointed out to me recently that my hips seem to settle unevenly. Hips aren't too good in my family, so something to watch out for.

The soundtrack is actually a funny story. My wife was on our elliptical offscreen watching "The Princess Diaries II", and the random women squeeling and musical selection sounded off, so I just covered it with whatever song I could find that was around the same length of time as the video.
