OK, So I'ma kill the upright rows and replace them with bent over rows and do Squat + Overhead + Bent Over Row on my Day A.
And then add in the Deadlift and 2 other things for my Day B. I can't do bench press or pullups at the moment and probably won't be able to for at least a couple of months since the next purchase I'm making is for a couple of 12x12 wrestling mats. What 2 lifts should I add to that day?
I do have workout partners, so I'm not completely limited by my own ability to get the weight up to a usable location.
Consider floor press for your horizontal press.
You want to get a vertical pull somehow. No tree branches or playgrounds?
Or you can you doors if they're steady and strong enough.
I do have tree branches available, but that would require going outside and around behind my house in the middle of every set. I own a pullup bar, I just have to figure out how to get it affixed securely, which I might be able to do tonight.
So floor press is added in. And I'll do my damndest to get a secure pullup bar tonight and add pullups in.
