The 7 minute Rotator Cuff Solution
I finally got a copy of this book after knowing about it for a few years.
Does anybody else have this?
I've found it quite interesting.
The exercises for rehab I expected - namely lying flys and lying L-flys. Some new stretches I hadn't seen (and variations on stretches I have...)
The exercises to strengthen and stop injuries suprised me though:
Shoulder press behind the neck ! :eek:
- it done in a specific way with a specific posture, but still, didn't expect to see even a variation of on the known shoulder wreckers in there.
- again, not an exercise I expected to see in there. Again you are supposed to do them in a certain way.
Thoughts (on shoulder and rotator cuff strengthening as well)?
