Deloading on my 5x5 (my 5x5 pt3)
As I head into my 4th week of my 5x5 routine, I think it would be good for me to deload next week (since my MA training will also be cut back a bit).
I understand the basic precepts to deloading and have a few (well one, i guess) general questions.
Would the deloading week be a good time to switch from the barbell to the dumbbells?
Since I will be dropping the weight, I thought deloading might be a good time to get some extra stabilizerz working as well as try to smooth out and left/right side dominance issues.
And, since I am also training in MA about 4 times a week, should I be deloading more frequently (every third or fourht week)?
