Hello friends, I'm 17 years old and I know I am overweight. I want to loose at least 40 pounds within six months. I am looking for a good dieting plan for years. Can somebody give me a strict diet to follow? I need a good diet, that I can stick to, The doctor said that I'm not in any danger for diabetes or anything, I'd just be a pretty healthier if I lost the 40 pounds. So does anybody know of any strict diets which I can follow?

I mean really, it is really that simple. I have lost close to 60lbs sinece april. It isn't that hard. You just need to be consistent. Try simple easy steps and changes. Don't dive in expecting to change everything about your life in one day.
