My last thread got pwned by the search function but hopefully this one will fair better. I understand that the crossfit method isnt held in to high regard around here and to be honest I feel the same. What has lead me down the path of Crossfit gyms is my lack of equipment. There is one proper gym but on the other side of two which I will only be able to access once my 4 to 5 day a week rugby practices cease. There is a "group fitness intensive" ( http://www.crossfitvictoria.com/inte...tml?ref=ticker) located around my parts which I would be able to attend. Does anyone know anything about these fitness intensives? They would seem to be a glorified workout of the day which does nothing for my sport needs. Watching the video on the site it would seemthe only equipment they have that I dont is kettlbells which I am on the way to getting. So is this a good idea or not?
