Hello fellow bullshido tovarish,I have question to ask.
Now reading this forum I get it, you don't believe in magic and concept of grasping things with no physical training. This is very understand. However answer me this if you know fellow drugies, what excersises at home one can do to train balance? I'm talking kung fu one leg in the air next to head, one bend in the knee on a stick 10 meters from ground. Basically interested in excersises to train distribution of weight, balance when changing poses, most uncomfortable too, while maininging confident stance.
