OK, what is my problem? I am starting to get more serious about cardio and have decided to start skipping. The rope I use is the right length (handles go up to mid chest when I stand on it) but I can't seem to skip for more than 30 seconds before I get tangled up in my feet!
I've tried a shorter line and making sure I look up but nothing seems to work. Am I going to be a lumbering uncoordinated goon the rest of my life?
