I have one hugeass problem:
I need to gain some damn weight, my weight (and thereby strength) is absolutely pathetic.
Recently I started counting Kj/Kcal, good thing, it gave me a wake-up call and I realized that I didn't really eat as much as I should before (even though I believed I did).
But my question is: Would whey protein help? I'm looking to gain a lot of weight, not neccesarily fast, but at the very least at a stable level so that I won't always swing back and forth.
Could anyone talk about their experience with protein powder? Can it damage other parts of the body? Is it even recommended? If yes, which brand etc.?
