I have had a bad run lately of breaking toes and fingers. I used to stub toes alot when I first started grappling/bjj but got better at avoiding that although broke my toes a few mths back. But in the last 3 mth I have had 2 broken fingers and hand and a number of close ones where I just had bad bruising. I know it is a problem I have of posting incorrectly at in the wrong places.I also have long fingers/toes.
Does anyone have any ideas to correct this? drill maybe to get me posting my fingers correctly. I was thinking burpees/sprawls. 2 yrs into bjj/grappling training now you think I would have learned.
