Seriously, I hate my frame. I'm bottom heavy, and my legs gain weight just looking at a barbell. But my upper frame sucks, and if I don't train right I'll look like someone put Kevin Randleman's legs on PeeWee Herman. I seriously can't train my legs without making myself look akward. In normal street clothes, at 190 I look 170 or less. It sucks.

I was 134 (!!!) at my low point at the beginning of the year. I weighed in yesterday at 163 lbs!!!!! like 29 lbs! in 6 month! i love it!
