I have been practicing no gi BJJ over eight months. I am the smallest guy in our gym. During practice I wear tshirt and shorts . I never sweat that much even after heavy sparring ,whatever sweat I have is absorbed by the clothing.
In this discussion many members have written that in no gi slipperiness helps you in escape . I have not been able to use slipperiness to escape guard , mount ,submissions etc .
I think to be able to escape by virtue of slipperiness you need to have no clothings on you (no gi does not mean you have nothing on you)and you need to be stronger than your opponent .
So I think the point that you can use slipperiness to escape in no gi is not 100% correct.
