Here is my edifying path to Room 101:
1. Running, hopping on one leg. hopping on the other leg, running, running sideway one way, running sideways the other way, running backwards, duckwalk, shrimps, reverse shrimps.
2. Push ups (ten for every student), sit ups (ten for every student).
3. Stretches (legs, back, neck, arms).
4. Breakfalls left, right, backwards from kneeling, crouching and standing, forward rolls, forward rolls to prone, continuous forward rolls, backward rolls, forward rolls with legs spread.
5. Then to partner work.
6. Then to randori.
7. Die from exhaustion.
