Depends on the form. Some of them are little sequences of dynamic tension exercises. Some of them are about stretching. Some of them are sequences of very precise, slow, versions of the right mechanics for particular ways of generating power. Some of the fast ones are cardio workouts made up of flashy versions of 'real' moves than are less boring to do that repeating the same movement over and over.Quote:
