I looked at the webpage. They don't seem to teach BJJ/MT, but state that their system is a "gateway" to these and other systems.
Looks like it's mostly pencak silat and indonesian arts.
You should go and see. Pencak silat can be anywhere from very good to a sarong costume party. Watch their class, see how much free sparring they do etc.
And if you are interested in BJJ, you'll probably enjoy also judo, look for judo around you.
As for the Meng dude, this is the red flag from their website: "One System to counter all styles."
And then you look at their competition record and it says among other things "2nd place in advanced siu nim tao" which is obviously a form competition and moreover a very silly form competition. VERY silly indeed...:)
