Yeah man. Good thing is not a broken toe, and that I'm not training for a week.
The pain is almost gone, but there is some discomfort. Plus, there is a purple area that looks like a hematoma on the outside where the big toe joins the foot (as show in the pic). I bought some sport tape and toes separators and I already have it taped... seems to be working. Well see how long it takes for the hematoma to dissapear.
Oh well, the swelling is gone, and, ignoring a bit of stiffness, my toe is back to normal. After some icing, tiger balm and taping, that seemed to do the trick. Anyways, experimenting with the tapes - cuz I've never taped my toe before, and since there are like a fuckizillion ways of taping them (according to google), I did some experimenting, and more or less I got an idea of taping them that seem to work (at least for me). Wear wrestling shoes over the tape while it heals.
