That is why grappling training is (IMO) vital to have good SD. Grappling -people manhandling eachother- is integral to combat. To ignore it or skim over it (as most mainstream arts do) is illogical. I'm not saying grappling is better than striking, but rather that any seperation of the two is artificial -that is why MMA is such a positive thing IMO.Quote:
