Is it true that you can run everyday?
I've heard that you can run everday, but since the heart is a muscle as well, why doesn't it need rest?
Some people say, that an hour of cardio is best.. So if you run an hour everyday, wouldn't that put too much stress on your heart and overwork it? Or if you run for just 20 minutes, but at super high intensity; making your heart rate go waaay up, isn't that a bit too much? Let alone doing that every day. If you pull any other muscle, it can heal fine, but if you damange your heart, you're gonna be pretty screwed.
