I have benn going to Muay Thai practice for about a month now, and my right shin is pretty damn painful. There is no bruise or anything, just a lump. Even soft hits through my foam shinguard are excruciating.
I don't want to take a week off to let it heal, though. Is there anything I can do to minimize the pain, toughen it up, or make it heal faster?. Left shin seems fine. Sore but useable.
