Just sit out as you would if you were beginning from the bottom position, but instead of going for a "switch", you roll to the inside in hopes of either rolling through, catching a seated peterson, or whatever. I'm sure you've done that drill before if you've had any training in high school wrestling. If not, you need to kick your coache's ass.
