Ok lol....I don't know about the prison con situation.
The reason I would like more flexibility is mainly like in my back and arms and legs, so when wrestling it wouldn't be a bigger deal to contort into wierd things to escape a lock.
This might also have to do with the amount of strength my abs and back have but also with yoga cna relax sore muscles and give me better warmups.
Carbon - I donít know if this will help flexibility but, for my back I went to physical therapy and was told that the obliques and the back muscles work together.
My problem was not doing enough of a workout on my obliques or too much on my back.

have you tried stretching?
not just one minute a day to prevent injury
real flexibility training .. stretching
get a book on it
