There is! It's called a Kestrel. It's only good for giving you the wind at your location though, and the temperature. When you're shooting long range you have to look at either the mirage or trees to gauge windspeed and angle to adjust your dope. Wind also doesn't just blow in one direction as a constant across the trajectory path either. Oftentimes, especially when you're shooting up to 1,000 yards, the wind can be going completely opposite directions at 300 yards vs 700 yards. That would be one sensitive scope if it could see mirage or leaves blowing!
