what's the difference between this one and the one that DARPA has apparently developed? As I understand it the one that DARPA developed is more inclined to be like the one on the tv almost human where the bullet can literally go around corners and whatnot to hit a target.
I agree with the statement however about "tactical superiority" it does become scary however at the same time what happens when the enemy gets a hold of such a weapon...and what other applications can be attached to a weapon that in theory "can no longer miss".
Well, what if it takes you 10 seconds to find "the exact spot" on your scope, and only takes me 5 seconds to aim and fire with my traditional rifle?
Still takes practice, just of a different sort it seems.
