We all know how important clean eating is. We also know that it can get kinda boring after awhile. Eating meat and vegetables without any sugary sauces day after day after day can get really tiresome. So how do you spice it up? I got a pair of Japanese cookbooks in the mail, and that's helping. I also try to rotate the types of meats and vegetables that I eat.
