Help With Training Schedule!
Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the site and I view a lot of the forums, but I need help. I'm a tenth grader in high school and I just started taking MMA. I wanted to know how many days a week you think I should train. Here's the class info, and I am leaning to work more towards my grappling than my striking right now.
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: Muay Thai
Tuesday and Thursday: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Saturday: No Gi Submission Wrestling
Sunday: Open Mat
I'm available everyday but I wanted to know how often you guys think I should train, and on what days. I understand I need to take resting periods, I just can't exactly decide when. Thank you!
