What's up guys, new to the forum, and new to training.
I'm really out of shape, 5'8 183lbs. Not a lot of muscle either. Check it out, I am doing jujitsu and Muay Thai at the moment, but I was wondering if I would burn out and do more harm then good doing them both the same day. After rolling I'm dead, sorry if you guys get this a lot, I just wanna make sure! Thanks!
