It's been a few years since I've done any TKD, but that looks pretty solid to me.
That is taekwondo. If you want to break stuff in your garage, that's cool and all, but it's not really taekwondo.
But seriously. I think it would have been better to say that the style of TKD that is being taught to YOU is for mastering oneself, not for fighting. To say that ALL martial arts is used for that reason is Mr. Miyagi taco filler.
Breaking few rocks
I care about this very much.
this is the only way to breake rocks, becouse rocks are random shape...anyway Oyama also used the same technique.... its not trick its just the way u break rock
^that demonstrates good hand conditioning. Yours demonstrates that you can break a rock by banging it against another rock, something one can do with no conditioning. Like I said- post something where you're not "stabilizing" (lol) the rock with your other hand.
