Feeling sick after hard training.
Hey guys, first post.
I'm about to start at an MMA gym in the next few days after having about 3 years of no exercise. My weight is back up to 105kg (should be around 85-90kg). I had previously done BJJ for about 7 months and I remember those first few weeks and how sick I felt after training hard.
I always kept well hydrated and didn't eat anything to close to the session. Is there anything else I should be doing to avoid the dizzy sick feeling or is that just part of the deal when you start training again.
