Hell, I used to get up slowly as if I were tired to fool the guy into thinking he had some sort of advantage, LOL !
In the match you won, the guy was a lot more noobish looking than you, good job, but still...You went in sideways for an Ouchi Gari it looks like...
WTF is it with you and Osoto Gari on bigger guys who actually maintain decent posture and grip? Osoto as a desperation throw is usually not a good idea, especially when you are bent over and have a shitty grip.
It looked like you had got some decent coaching to fight the guy, but weren't able implement it for long.
I heard someone yelling back up back up...that's not something I usually reccomend, as it is an invitation to get thrown.
Big fuckers are tough, you have a much smaller margin for error due to the strength difference. Add in that that guy has some skill and basics solid, even tougher.
So, overall, work on your gripping, posture, and movement. Use situational drills to get used to working our way out of a bad position, but especially work on basic grip sequence(s), and maintaining the migi shizentai posture.

For those of you who can't tell I'm the 21 year old in the blue rashgaurd and white gi pants with the buzz/going bald.
Little rough housing stand up king of the hill thingy done impromptu at the end an open mat in Fuquay Brazilian Jiu Jitusu, No one was really trying hard or taking things seriously but I have my first ever no GI BJJ tournament coming and this is the only real video I have of me doing anything and I'd like pointers and tips to see what I need to shore up on the sand up side.
I got told by one of the guys that I should switch my stance so than my lead hand and lead leg are switched so I am less vulnerable to getting my legs grabbed so much. And I need to finish my guillotines better.
So yeah feel free to give me feed back or just point out things you saw other people do that I should totes swagger jack! I'm going to try to get some vidoes of me dong some ground work up by the end of the week for some more advice
