I've literally been through this match 50 times. I did so many things wrong and a couple things right. It's been a couple weeks and I'm rolling much better in my past few classes...I'm starting to deal withpressure differently and relaxing more and focusing on breathing. I still get owned by most in my gym but im giving guys that normally destroy me a tougher time. Competing has helped me a lot more than I thought it would.
Can't wait to do it again. Think there's a Long Island pride in feb and the I jug ny open is April 4th. Thanks for all the advice and encouragement.
