Did the squats last night. Haven't done squats in over a year. My GF thinks I'm crazy.
Had her jump up on my back like a monkey while I did reps. She weighs @ 115lbs. Enough to engage my sadly neglected muscles anyways...
Was able to get through a few sets with a short rests in between.
15, the girl fell off.
6, then I fell over.
12, put the lady down.
15, and called it a night as my legs were about useless.
That made for a total of 48, plus some awkward moments of holding a woman piggy back style and trying to get her to stop shitfing her weight.
I didn't puke, but it wasn't for lack of nausea. Today my legs feel like geriatric jello.
Gonna give them @ two days off and then I'm pushing till failure again. Tonight, I do pushups till my arms break.
