Tae Kwon Do Kicks in order, help needed
after a year or so of working as an apprentice karate instructor i have let my kicking slide as my hands were never really up to scratch when sparring. now that i am going to be retraining my kicking, i would like peoples opinions on the subject.
how would you start your kicking? looking at the kicks i figure there are 10 basic kicks in tae kwon do roughly in the following order:
with a few hundred or so variations. i originally learned these kicks in a mixed up order but would like to train them properly. what do you think? is this a good/right order to practice or would you change it and how?
