Who has dealt with Achilles Tendonitis in their training?
I've got it for the first time. Supposedly it's pretty common in runners. In my case it seems to have come on with an increase in the number or rounds I skip rope to warm up lately. I've been told to stretch it, ice it, and go easy in class for a while. I was wondering if any of the other bullies here have dealt with it, or maybe other forms of tendonitis if they relate to it. How long did it last if so? And do you have any stretches or exercises that helped you in particular?
