As it stands, I can only suggest making sure you have a good balance in your diet, make sure you're getting all your vitamins and minerals. That last is important, if you're not getting enough idonine, for example, your metabolism will drop and can cause thyriod probelms.
Due to a previous bout of hyperthyroidism, now in remission, i get thyroid tests every six months. All is well on that front.
Can't lose weight when the body thinks it's starving. And I can only force myself to eat so much. Looks like I'm just screwed.
