Martial Arts Academy is run by Master Emile Wright the light heavy weight champion for twelve years. He has several black belts including Jimmy Frick and Gean Fletcher whom are both thrid dans, Robbie Connafield and Brant Schoenbeck whom are second dans, and Chris Criswell, Sabrina Criswell, Brandon Bates, and Peter Soddy whom are all first dan black belts. His most famous student is Steve "Nasty" Anderson who held the world heavy weight championship for twenty-two years.
In his classes, Coach Wright teaches kata, sparring, kick boxing, jiu jitsu, grappling, self defense, twelve different weapons, and rape prevention.
Classes are $10 a week or $40 a month Monday through Friday from 4 p.m to 5:30 p.m.
Ages range from 4 - 65.
