Facial Conditioning a question
hi i hope i have posted this in the right place. i have been trying to find some information on facial conditioning which has escaped me somewhat. i first tried finding a way to strengthen my jaw but the towel and weights things seems to come with the proof of teeth falling out and that doesn't appeal to me. Now since starting my job as an apprentice martial arts instructor, i have found i am still afraid of taking hits to the face.
i recently started looking at what is referred to as hard body training, taking this idea i have started massaging/kneading/rubbing my finger knuckles across my jaw, chin, cheeks and eyelashes, don't know if its worked just yet but, i would like to know what your opinion and knowledge on this subject. any help would be appreciated.
