to my knowledge, choy li fut and JKD, and prolly some others im missing, use the dummy for forearm conditioning. chunners dont bash into pressures. we redirect. the dummy to chunners is used to teach you correct footwork around your opponent and bridging postures.
so like IIF said, if youre just wantin to conditon your forarms, just get a heavy bag with the dummy attachments. 5 times cheaper. you could even attach that bitch to a tree in your back yard. viola, best dummy you can get for cheap.
