-sweep their upper hip as if you were kickststarting an old motorcycle with high compression
For a self-defense version hook there arm as in Seoi Nage, no sleeve grabbing, make a fist and tackle the arm with your bicep muscle hitting under their tricep muscle, kickstart that old Harley and Kabam!!!
