Breakfast - Blueberry pancakes with REAL maple syrup ( we don't do that Aunt Jemima sugary **** ), coffee, orange juice
At the Movies ( Killer Elite) - popcorn, fruit juice, granola bar
Lunch - Stuffed green pepper with tomato sauce, cheese bun, 1 Heineken beer
Dinner - Homemade Mac&Cheese, hamburger patty, tossed salad with olive oil and vinegar
Brekkie - homemade baked beans (white beans in a crushed tomato reduction with chorizo and continental parsley - served on toasted panini)
Lunch - clear bean vermicilli soup with a tin of tuna for protein
Dinner - whatever scraps are left from dinner when I get home from training.
Breaking fast - 5 weetbix, and a L-Glutamine smoothie
Luncheon - 12 dumplings in sambal sauce
Dinner - lentil soup on brown rice
Do not know what the rest of the day will entail but so far breakfast is.
Two sausages on bread with onions and a smoothie of rice milk banana and strawberries.
Dinner consisted of Artichoke, chopped rutabaga boiled in a chicken stock with basil and oregano and a side of quinoa cooked in the broth I made to boil the rutabaga.
Breakfast - "Bubble and squeek" (leftover vegetables cooked with egg), with wholemeal toast.
Lunch - Corn beef and mustard pickle sandwiches.
Dinner - Fettucini bolognese (passionfruit yoghurt for dessert)
