3 Scrambled Eggs
1 cup of oatmeal (in milk) with about 1 ounce of blueberries on top.
Almonds and a banana
4-6 ounces of chicken breast
1/2 cup of brown rice, uncooked
About 1 1/2 to 2 cups of mixed veggies
2 peanut butter sandwiches or 2 turkey sandwiches
Before bed atm:
I try to eat a little bit of almonds throughout the day.
I also drink about 1/4 of a gallon of milk a day altogether.
On days I'm training 2 hours a day I'll eat a scoop of whey in milk after training.
That's about it.
Been thinking about maybe trying to eat at least a cup of veggies 3 times a day.
