Killing two birds with one stone.
So I've decided to up my training to about six times a week which means I won't have time to seperate my conditioning from my strength training routine and that I probably won't be able to go to the gym- It's shitty but I'd rather
I'd be interested in what you guys would have to say in regards to home based workouts/equipment I might be able to use to work on strength, explosiveness and endurance in a fairly short amount of time
(preferably nothing longer then 45 minutes) I could do once I got home from the club.
