How are Aikido wrist stretches working for you? Every time my wrist feels stiff I do the old ikkyo-kotegaeshi-nikkyo-sankyo routine to try and wring it out. The steady supply of newbies in my college aikido club means I'm getting my wrist cranked all the time by sloppy locks.
I love doing grip training. I work it about 2x a week.
Most recently, I've gotten into doing sledgehammer levers, like Slim the Hammer Man. Absolutely has to be the most difficult exercise I do all week, even moreso than wrestling and ass-to-ankles squats.
I just do wrist curls and reverse wrist curls with 30kg dumbells. For grip I just incorporate grip lifts into my deadlift sets.
pushups on the knuckles are great for this problem
